Cleaning or repair may require several hours, available backups, or collaboration from the hosting provider. One contracted hour is work time, not a promise to resolve any problem within that timeframe. External licenses, redesigns, and extensive developments are quoted separately.

Tell us your website URL, what is failing or what you want to change and, if you know, since when it has been happening. With this information, we evaluate the scope and recommended hours.

After confirming the request, we will tell you how to provide access securely. Do not include passwords in the initial inquiry. Work begins when we have the necessary access and have agreed on the intervention.

We use AI as support and review the result with professional judgment. We record the time spent and explain the changes made. Attention is provided on business days; hourly support does not include immediate 24/7 standby.

We manage WordPress, plugin, and theme updates with a prior backup and checks of the main pages and functions. Delicate updates are reviewed before being applied.

If an update we perform causes a failure, we take care of reverting or fixing it without deducting it from your allowance. Components without a current license or support may need replacement, which we will evaluate with you.

We configure daily external backups and verify their execution. When setting up the site, we finalize retention and capacity with you according to its size, and schedule periodic recovery checks.

We automatically monitor availability, the SSL certificate, and vulnerability alerts. Monitoring runs 24 hours a day; human attention is provided on business days. An alert allows us to investigate, but it does not mean all incidents are resolved automatically.

Prior infections, complex recoveries, and hosting issues require evaluation. Stores with frequent orders need an adapted backup frequency.

We periodically review speed and broken links, and maintain basic cache and database configurations. We optimize new images added through the service.

Fixing links, adjusting configurations, or improving specific pages uses intervention time. Bulk optimization of an old library, hosting migration, and rebuilds are quoted separately. The result also depends on hosting, design, and external services.

You can dedicate the time to incidents, text and image changes, publishing content you provide, small design adjustments, or SEO improvements. We estimate the scope before starting and record the work performed.

What matters is how much your website can progress in that time. Professional experience, supported by AI, allows for the streamlining of tasks that would take much longer manually. Thus, the 30 minutes of Web Care or 2 hours of Web Care Pro can go much further: resolving incidents, updating content, and moving forward with improvements, according to your website’s priorities.

Service time combines AI-assisted professional work and tasks executed with AI under human supervision. It includes preparation, execution, and result review. The same approach applies to extra hours. Automatic maintenance routines and wait times do not consume minutes. The scope depends on the type and complexity of each task; there is no fixed equivalence to manual work hours.

Unused time does not accumulate. Extensions for the same website with an active plan cost €60 + VAT/hour and require your prior acceptance. Without a plan, the public rate is €80 + VAT/hour. Annual payment maintains the monthly allocation of 30 minutes or 2 hours: it does not convert the year’s minutes into a single available pool. Redesigns, new features, and extensive developments are quoted separately.

Both plans include Search Console review and tracking of up to 50 relevant keywords for an agreed market with DinoRANK. We need access to Search Console and to select with you the terms that make sense for your business.

Improvements to titles, descriptions, alt texts, and internal links are performed within the monthly allowance. If your website needs an extensive tune-up, we quote it as an initial project.

Tracking allows for the detection of opportunities; it does not replace a full SEO campaign. Recurring content creation, an extensive strategy, and link building require a budget. Google rankings are not guaranteed.

We include selected licenses from our catalog that we agree upon for the maintenance and functions of your website. During setup, we indicate which ones are incorporated and which ones are already yours.

The service does not include the entire catalog or external third-party subscriptions. Licenses provided by La Colmena are maintained while the plan is active; upon termination, we explain what you will need to renew on your own to continue receiving updates and support. Licenses you have purchased separately retain their own terms.

You receive a report with the maintenance performed, backups, availability, incidents, performance, intervention time used, and next priorities.

With Analytics and Search Console connected, we add traffic and visibility; we also incorporate keyword tracking. When access or data is missing, we indicate it. We do not mix estimates with measured results.

Information is prepared with automatic tools and AI support, with professional review of the conclusions. Email marketing integrations or other special sources are quoted separately.

You can send your requests through the support channel. We attend on business days, with a first response before the end of the next business day. Downtime and failures of essential functions have priority. A first response does not equate to a guaranteed resolution timeframe.

24/7 automatic monitoring does not include permanent human standby. If your business needs after-hours attention, we will prepare a specific proposal.

The technical setup is a one-time payment of €79 + VAT, in addition to the chosen fee. It includes the initial limited review, tool connection, and configuration of backups, alerts, and reports. It is not charged again on renewals of that service.

On a monthly basis, Web Care costs €79 + VAT/month: the first payment is €158 + VAT. Web Care Pro costs €149 + VAT/month: the first payment is €228 + VAT.

On an annual basis, you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of service: €790 or €1,490 + VAT/year. The first payment, including setup, is €869 or €1,569 + VAT, respectively. The savings compared to 12 monthly installments are €158 or €298 per year. The discount only applies to the fee, not to the setup or extra hours.

Before contracting, we check the type and status of your website. If we detect prior problems that prevent us from starting, we present a proposal to resolve them. The setup does not include malware cleaning or rebuilding components.

Each plan covers one website. The monthly modality does not require a one-year commitment; the annual modality is paid in advance and covers 12 months. You can request cancellation to avoid the next renewal; the service continues until the end of the paid period. Hosting and domain are contracted separately.

Maintenance, backups, monitoring, and reporting continue even if you don’t send requests. If we detect a useful improvement, we propose it to you to make use of the available allowance.

We agree with you on what to do; we do not make content or business changes without an accepted scope. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next month.
