  These licenses are not multisite, although you can activate them on a specific domain within a WordPress multisite, but you will still need one license per domain.

• How to activate my license?

  To install Tutor LMS Pro and any other additional plugins (if applicable), we need access to the WordPress administration panel with Administrator permissions. You can provide us with this access in one of the following two ways:

  1. Create a new user with an administrator role in WordPress.
  2. Generate temporary access with an administrator role using the Temporary Login Without Password plugin.

  Once you complete the purchase, we will provide you with instructions on how to send us the access details.

• How to cancel automatic license renewal?

  To cancel the automatic renewal of an Tutor LMS Pro license purchased on our website, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access your account: Click on the “My account” menu at the top of the page. If you are not logged in, enter your credentials to access your account.

  2. Manage your subscriptions: Once inside, go to the “Subscriptions” section. Here you will find a list of all active subscriptions.

  Yes, it is possible to reactivate a deactivated license. To do so, you must contract the license reactivation service, which costs €5.

  Yes, both Tutor LMS Pro and any additional plugins you have purchased can be updated directly from WordPress when new versions are available.

• Can I pay in other currencies?

  Although all our prices are in Euros (€), as it is our reference currency in Spain (Europe), you will have no problems paying in other currencies. The payment methods we use will automatically convert to your local currency, applying the current exchange rate. This allows you to make payments from any country without complications.
