Your license, up and running again
If you’ve reinstalled WordPress, restored a backup, or removed a plugin or theme and need to install and activate it again for reasons unrelated to our service, we’ll take care of it for you.
What’s included
- Verification that the license purchased from La Colmena Tecnológica is still active.
- Reinstallation of the plugin or theme, if needed, and reactivation of its license.
- Check that activation is completed on the same site.
Each purchase covers one license and one site. This is a one-off request: it does not create a new subscription or recurring charges.
How to request it
- Log in with the account linked to your active license and purchase the service.
- After payment, open your order’s private form in My account → Orders → View.
- Tell us the plugin or theme, the site URL, and what happened. Provide a temporary admin link or a temporary username and password.
- We’ll review the details and carry out the reinstallation and activation. With correct access, we usually resolve it the same day or the next day.
Price and conditions
€7 plus taxes, as a single payment. The license must be active and belong to the customer requesting the service. Reactivation keeps the expiry date and the number of sites from the original license.
Does not include a new license, renewal, WordPress installation, content or backup recovery, malware cleanup, website repair, or plugin/theme configuration. It also doesn’t cover issues attributable to our initial installation: in that case, contact support so we can review it before purchasing this service.
