• Is it for a single website?

  Yes, as it is an official license, it is activated only for a single domain. It is important to note that this is not a GPL license, but an original license, which means that each domain, including subdomains or WordPress installations in different folders, requires a separate license.

  These licenses are not multisite, although you can activate them on a specific domain within a WordPress multisite, but you will still need one license per domain.

  On our website, you can purchase as many licenses as you need.

• How to activate my license?

  To install Pointics Pro and any other additional plugins (if applicable), we need access to the WordPress administration panel with Administrator permissions. You can provide us with this access in one of the following two ways:

  1. Create a new user with an administrator role in WordPress.
  2. Generate temporary access with an administrator role using the Temporary Login Without Password plugin.

  Once you complete the purchase, we will provide you with instructions on how to send us the access details.

  • You will not be able to use new features added in recent versions.
  • New premium modules, widgets, or blocks cannot be added.
  • You will not have access to additional templates or designs available in the library.
  • It will not be possible to receive official technical support from the developer.
  • Some integrations or compatibilities may not work correctly in the long term.

  To ensure optimal, secure, and updated operation, we recommend keeping your Pointics Pro license active.

  If you opt for automatic annual renewal, the renewal price will be the same as the initial contract, excluding the activation cost. Additionally, if you selected additional plugins when contracting, these will be included in the renewal at the same price.

  For biennial or triennial plans, renewal will also be at the same contract price, but billing will occur every two or three years, respectively, with that amount applied for the full period, which represents a saving compared to annual billing.

  Remember that not having Pointics Pro updated can affect your site’s security, performance, and SEO positioning. It can also cause conflicts with other plugins, especially those related to Elementor, and even with the WordPress core itself.

• Why is an activation fee charged?

  The activation cost partly covers the initial installation work and activation of plugins and themes when you first contract. This process requires time and attention to ensure everything works correctly. It also includes license deactivation when the time comes. It is a symbolic price, but necessary to cover these technical management tasks.

  However, you can avoid this fee by choosing a biennial or triennial plan at the time of contracting, as these plans do not include the registration cost. This way, you get an additional saving by committing for a longer period.

• How to cancel automatic license renewal?

  To cancel the automatic renewal of an Pointics Pro license purchased on our website, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access your account: Click on the “My account” menu at the top of the page. If you are not logged in, enter your credentials to access your account.

  2. Manage your subscriptions: Once inside, go to the “Subscriptions” section. Here you will find a list of all active subscriptions.

  3. Cancel automatic renewal: Locate the subscription you wish to modify and click the “Cancel” button. This will stop automatic renewal at the end of the contracted period.

  It is important to note that by canceling automatic renewal, your Pointics Pro license will remain valid until the end of the period you have contracted. For example, if your license is annual, you can use it until the end date of that year.

  For biennial or triennial licenses that allow license transfer to another domain, cancellation implies the loss of this benefit. Once canceled, the license cannot be transferred to another domain.

• Can I change the license to another domain?

  If you are creating your website on a provisional development domain, don’t worry. We can install the Pointics Pro license on that domain, and if you later wish to move it to production on another domain, you can contract the license transfer service for only €5.

  Please note that this transfer is possible within 30 days of purchase for annual subscriptions. For biennial and triennial subscriptions, you have one transfer within the first 30 days and another additional one throughout the entire subscription period.

• Is it possible to reactivate a deactivated license?

  Yes, it is possible to reactivate a deactivated license. To do so, you must contract the license reactivation service, which costs €5.

  Once contracted, I will need you to provide me with access to your WordPress again to reactivate the license and any additional plugins.

• Can I update Pointics Pro from WordPress?

  Yes, both Pointics Pro and any additional plugins you have purchased can be updated directly from WordPress when new versions are available.

  All plugins and themes we offer include an official license, which guarantees their correct functioning, as they are original and have an activated license.

  Unlike modified code versions, known as GPL, these licenses are secure and allow for convenient updates from the WordPress dashboard.

• Can I pay in other currencies?

  Although all our prices are in Euros (€), as it is our reference currency in Spain (Europe), you will have no problems paying in other currencies. The payment methods we use will automatically convert to your local currency, applying the current exchange rate. This allows you to make payments from any country without complications.

• What about technical support?

  Official technical support for Pointics Pro is not included with this license, and we only offer assistance with activation. However, if you need specific technical help, you can contract an additional service where we manage inquiries to official support on your behalf.
