• Is it for a single website?

  Yes, as it is an official license, it is activated for a single domain only. It is important to note that this is not a GPL license, but an original license, meaning each domain, including subdomains or WordPress installations in different folders, requires a separate license.

  These licenses are not multisite, although you can activate them on a specific domain within a WordPress multisite, but you will still need one license per domain.

• How do I activate my license?

  To install Timetics and any other additional plugins (if applicable), we need access to the WordPress admin panel with Administrator permissions. You can provide this access in one of the following two ways:

  1. Create a new user with an administrator role in WordPress.
  2. Generate temporary access with an administrator role using the Temporary Login Without Password plugin.

  Once you complete the purchase, we will provide instructions for sending us the access details.

  If you opt for annual automatic renewal, the renewal price will be the same as the initial purchase price, excluding the activation cost. Additionally, if you selected extra plugins when purchasing, these will be included in the renewal at the same price.

  For biennial or triennial plans, renewal will also be at the same purchase price, but the charge will be made every two or three years, respectively, applying that amount for the full period, which represents a saving compared to annual billing.

  Remember that not having Timetics updated can affect the security, performance, and SEO positioning of your site. Furthermore, it can cause conflicts with other plugins, especially those related to Elementor, and even with the WordPress core itself.

• Why is an activation fee charged?

  The activation cost partially covers the initial installation work and activation of plugins and themes when you first purchase. This process requires time and attention to ensure everything works correctly. It also includes the deactivation of the license when the time comes. It is a symbolic price, but necessary to cover these technical management tasks.

  However, you can avoid this fee by choosing a biennial or triennial plan at the time of purchase, as these plans do not include the registration cost. This way, you get additional savings by committing for a longer period.

• How to cancel the automatic renewal of a license?

  To cancel the automatic renewal of a Timetics license purchased on our website, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access your account: Click on the “My account” menu at the top of the page. If you haven’t logged in, enter your credentials to access your account.

  2. Manage your subscriptions: Once inside, go to the “Subscriptions” section. Here you will find a list of all active subscriptions.

  3. Cancel automatic renewal: Locate the subscription you wish to modify and click the “Cancel” button. This will stop the automatic renewal at the end of the purchased period.

  It is important to keep in mind that, by cancelling the automatic renewal, your Timetics license will remain valid until the end of the period you have purchased. For example, if your license is annual, you can use it until the end date of that year.

  If you are creating your website on a provisional development domain, don’t worry. We can install the Timetics license on that domain and, if you later wish to move it to production on another domain, you can purchase the license transfer service for only €5.

  Note that this transfer is possible within 30 days of purchase for annual subscriptions. For biennial and triennial subscriptions, you have one transfer within the first 30 days and another additional one throughout the entire subscription period.

• Is it possible to reactivate a license that has been deactivated?

  Yes, it is possible to reactivate a license that has been deactivated. To do so, you must purchase the license reactivation service, which costs €5.

  Once purchased, I will need you to provide access to your WordPress again to reactivate the license and any additional plugins.

• Will I be able to update Timetics from WordPress?

  Yes, both Timetics and any additional plugins you have purchased can be updated directly from WordPress when new versions are available.

  All plugins and themes we offer include an official license, which guarantees correct operation, as they are original and have the license activated.

  Unlike versions with modified code, known as GPL, these licenses are secure and allow for convenient updates directly from the WordPress dashboard.

• Can I pay in other currencies?

  Although all our prices are in euros (€), as it is our reference currency in Spain (Europe), you will have no problem paying in other currencies. The payment methods we use will automatically perform the conversion to your local currency, applying the current exchange rate. This allows you to make the payment from any country without complications.

• What about technical support?
