We use different programs to store different types of information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Text editors: Notepad, Emacs, and Vi.<\/li>\n<li>Word processors: Wordpad, Microsoft Word, OpenOffice.org Writer, Abiword, &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Spreadsheets: Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice.org Calc.<\/li>\n<li>And other widely used ones: PDFs (All types of digital documents), JPGs (Images), MP4 (Video), etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notion.so\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Notion<\/strong><\/a> you can do everything you already do, but<strong> all with a single tool<\/strong>. Additionally, your information will be stored in the cloud, and you can access it from anywhere with network access, including from your mobile phone via its App. It allows you to use a multitude of blocks, each with specific functions that will help you create your own universe of information. You can use it for your personal, professional, or educational information.  <\/p>\n<p>Among other things, it allows you to create a hierarchy very similar to folders, but instead, they are called pages that can contain other subpages, rich text, data tables with many functions, calendars with alerts, photo galleries, save or embed videos, audios, save PDF files, links to websites, and much more.
