Jos\u00e9 Rodr\u00edguez de la Borbolla Camoy\u00e1n 10, blq. 3 \u2013 1.\u00ba C, 41704 Dos Hermanas (Seville), Spain  <\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Email:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:soporte@lacolmenatecnologica.com\">soporte@lacolmenatecnologica.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"objeto-y-productos\">Purpose and products<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Owner commercializes official licenses for the use of WordPress plugins and themes through a <strong>subscription<\/strong> model that confers the right, during its period of validity, to software downloads, updates and, where applicable, associated support. Technical support services are also offered. The products are of a <strong>digital content<\/strong> nature.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"precios-e-impuestos\">Prices and taxes<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are shown in euros (\u20ac). Unless otherwise indicated, and including VAT where applicable, the final amount will be detailed during the purchasing process before the order is confirmed. For sales to companies or professionals from other EU Member States with a valid VAT-ID in the VIES system, the reverse charge mechanism (intra-community transaction) may apply.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"proceso-de-compra\">Purchasing process<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To place an order, the user must select the product, add it to the cart, fill in the required data and complete the payment. Once confirmed, they will receive a confirmation email. The contract is formalized at the moment the Owner confirms acceptance of the order.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"formas-de-pago\">Payment methods<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is made securely through <strong>Stripe<\/strong> (credit\/debit card and other methods that may be shown during the purchasing process). <strong>Payments via PayPal are not accepted.<\/strong> Payment data is processed by Stripe; the Owner does not store full card details.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"suscripciones-y-renovacion-automatica\">Subscriptions and automatic renewal<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Licenses are contracted for a <strong>subscription period<\/strong> (usually annual) as indicated on the product page.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Unless otherwise indicated, the subscription <strong>automatically renews<\/strong> at the end of each period, charging the current price to the associated payment method in order to maintain access to updates and support.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>You can <strong>cancel the renewal<\/strong> at any time from your client area (&#8220;My Account&#8221;) or by requesting it via email before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; the license remains active until the end of the period already paid for. <\/li>\n\n\n<li>The Owner may modify the renewal price, notifying you with reasonable notice; you may cancel if you do not agree.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"entrega\">Delivery<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As these are digital products, delivery is carried out by making the download and\/or license key available in the client area and\/or by email, normally immediately after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"derecho-de-desistimiento-y-politica-de-devoluciones\">Right of withdrawal and return policy<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In general, consumers have a period of <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> to withdraw from a distance contract, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 (TRLGDCU).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, given that our products consist of the <strong>supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium<\/strong>, <strong>the right of withdrawal shall not apply<\/strong> when the execution (download or access to the license) has begun with your <strong>prior and express consent<\/strong> and with the acknowledgment that, consequently, you lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 103.m TRLGDCU). This consent is collected during the purchasing process. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>If due to a technical error attributable to the Owner you cannot download or activate the license and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable period, you will be entitled to a <strong>refund<\/strong> of the corresponding amount.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Refunds will not be granted for the mere fact of having changed your mind once the digital product has been downloaded or activated, nor for incompatibilities derived from a non-compatible environment when the requirements were duly indicated.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>To request a refund or resolve any incident, write to <a href=\"mailto:soporte@lacolmenatecnologica.com\">soporte@lacolmenatecnologica.com<\/a> or via WhatsApp at <a href=\"https:\/\/api.whatsapp.com\/send?phone=34665561145&amp;text=Hola%2C%20tengo%20una%20pregunta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">+34 665 56 11 45<\/a>, indicating the order number. We will attend to your request as soon as possible. <\/li>\n\n\n<li>Approved refunds will be paid through the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"soporte-y-actualizaciones\">Support and updates<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the term of the subscription, you will have access to product updates and support under the terms indicated on each product page. Upon termination of the subscription without renewal, access to new updates and support will cease, under the terms of the official license of each product. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"garantias-y-responsabilidad\">Warranties and liability<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Owner acts as a distributor of software developed by third parties. The functionality of each product is governed by its documentation and by the license that accompanies it. If a claim is not resolved directly, consumers may turn to public consumer bodies or competent alternative resolution entities. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"legislacion-aplicable\">Applicable law<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation.
