The purpose is to answer questions about our products and services and facilitate pre-sales support. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling inquiries and, where applicable, the implementation of pre-contractual measures requested by you.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Queries are processed through the OpenAI API. For users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, OpenAI Ireland Limited acts as provider and data processor. OpenAI states that data sent through its business services and API is not used to train its models by default, and that abuse monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days, except where required by law or security exceptions. Do not enter passwords, API keys, bank details, health information, or other particularly sensitive data.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"plazos-de-conservacion\">Retention Periods<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will retain your data for as long as the contractual relationship is maintained and, once concluded, for the legally required periods (for example, tax and commercial regulations require documentation to be kept for a minimum of 4 to 6 years).
